The test areas I work from are Lee on Solent and Portsmouth. The Portsmouth test centre is in James Callaghan Drive on top of Portsdown Hill. It is a beautiful area to learn to drive in and covers a very good variety of road conditions. It does not go into central Portsmouth. Perfect for those pupils that go to Southdowns college in the heart of this test area. Why not be picked up from home and dropped at college or vice versa.
I teach in a top of the range Citroen C3. This is a brilliant little car to learn to drive in. You will notice many other instructors also have C3s. This one comes complete with air conditioning, dual controls and friendly instructor!
